Investment Vehicle Formation: Specialist capability in structuring and forming bespoke investment vehicles designed to capitalise on specific opportunities across public and private markets. Direct involvement in landmark NZX transactions, including the largest reverse listing in NZX history — the ~$200 million acquisition of TIL Logistics (now MOVe Logistics) via Bethunes Investments in 2017 and the largest IPO in the NZX’s history (raising $75million) for a company with no assets at the time of IPO - New Zealand Rural Land Company (NZL).

Operating Business Investment/Director: Practical experience as an investor and director in operating businesses across diverse sectors.
