Who are the people affected by this policy?
This policy applies to the personal information we hold about ‘living individuals’ who are Elevation Capital customers, beneficiaries of estates or trusts that we administer, the ‘associated people’ (such as shareholders and company directors) of Elevation Capital customers.

The personal information that we collect will depend on the Elevation Capital products and services that you use or that interest you. Note that if we do not receive personal information that we specifically ask for, we might not be able to provide you with a new product or service, or continue with an existing product or service.

They are required to keep your information confidential, and only use it for the purpose for which we have supplied it. In all other cases we will only disclose your personal information if it is permitted under the Privacy Act.
